After submitting Application Form successfully applicant will receive confirmation of application form and PDF file of application form in their provided E-mail.

• Proceed for Step-2.
• Candidate must send the soft copies of passport size photograph, application form pdf, mark-sheets & certificates via E-mail. Kindly note, Candidate name, age & education details should match to Application Form. File format you can send are .jpeg and PDF. E-mail id is isbm.guwahati@gmail.com.
• After sending the required files via E-mail the candidate will get a call from college administration within 1 to 3 days from the date of form fillup for verification and payment for admission.
• Incomplete forms, miss match of documents and not meeting the eligibility criteria are liable to be rejected.
